Writing can a lonely business and it's easy to get so wrapped up in our insecurities about it that we forget to have fun. We fret over whether it's "literary" enough, or if we've used the proper grammar, or whether our critics (and remember, you are your own worst critic) will approve of what we've written. Even having spent my life, since I was eight, as a writer, I still experience all those same fears you do, and that's why I started Write Here: to provide a safe place for you to come for support, advice, and encouragement.

Trust me, writing can be fun. I know that because at the last writing circle I facilitated the participants were holding their sides with laughter, had tears streaming down their faces, and astonished themselves with what they had written. It's happened in every single workshop I've been in, as either a participant or facilitator. And you can experience it too—that "aaahhh" response to your writing when you read something aloud that you've written from your heart.

If it's business writing you need help with I can work with you until producing clear, concise reports, proposals, or other types of documents becomes a pleasurable part of your job. You'll learn how to organize your thoughts, structure the document, and make it sound as natural as if you were explaining to a friend how to wash a car or bake a cake.
